United Rail Passenger Alliance, Inc. is a non-profit corporation, chartered under the laws of the State of Minnesota, and is a non-membership organization, which is solely supported by donations from the private sector.

There are no membership dues nor conventions, no annual meetings, and no glossy monthly magazines. Instead, there is a history of quiet but visible success of this group, which proudly points to accomplishment of both short and long term goals.
